Re—opening of all the registration for 2018 2019 Odd Semester.
- Regular registration – The regular registration of courses will be re-opened for students from 9th July 2018 to 11th July 2018. The students have to do the online registration, followed by department endorsement & financial endorsement. In case of the students, whose department endorsement has been done without online registration, have to remove the department endorsement. After this, they have to do the online registration, department endorsement & financial endorsement. The term-out students’ have to submit the course details to the department along with their mail id before 10th July 2018, as their fee procedure is different. They will be directed to administrative office regarding their fee payment through the mail id submitted along with the request. Their course mapping has to be done by the department.
The change of elective courses are already open in AUMS. If a student’s registrar endorsement for elective course is done, they need to inform the department. The course will be de-registered. The student can complete the procedure by enabling online, department & financial endorsement. If only department endorsement is done, the department can remove the endorsement. In case the cap of the new elective is filled, they will not be able to do online registration for the new elective course.
- Extra time redo registration – The courses for extra time redo and contact will be offered from the department on 9th July 2018. The runtime redo courses will be enabled in AUMS on 10th July 2018. Students have to do the online registration by selecting the ‘Course Registration with Category’ –> Registration Type –> ‘Run-Time Redo’. After their online registration, fee payment has to be done online. They will be automatically assigned to classes (No need of department endorsement). The term-out students need to contact admin office for fee payment. This will be closed by 16th July 2018.
- Re-registration – The Google Form will be enabled for re-registration (redo with juniors) by 4:00 pm today, the 6th July 2018 and the same will be closed by 9th July 2018 by 3:00 pm for further procedure. The students have to fill the form without timetable clash. Multiple forms has to be used for multiple courses (i.e., only one course detail in one form). The term-out students need to contact administrative office for fee payment only after they receive mail for fee payment.
