Generating Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) IDs for student enrolled on or after 2021 regarding

The Controller of Examinations, Ettimadai, has directed to include the ABC ID generated by the students in their Admit Cards.

To Implement Academic Bank of Credits(ABC) for the credit mobility between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), as its Legally valid documents, students enrolled on and after 2021-2022 have to  create a 12 digit ABC ID through the DigiLocker using the link, http://www.abc.gov.in/(A tutorial video is included in the link).  After creating this ID, they have to save the ABC ID in AUMS using the menu Personal -> ABCID master and enter the details carefully. Once entered, the students cannot make any changes. In case they want to make any changes, they need to contact the Administrative Office regarding the same.

Hence request all the students enrolled on and after 2021-2022, who have not yet generated ABC ID or who are yet to upload the generated ABC Id in AUMS, to update it at the earliest before generating the Admit Cards for the ensuing Semester Examination.

Guidance from AUMS is given below:
 
We have provided a UI in the student login to save the ABCID,  the students  have to go to Personal -> ABCID master and enter the details.

Once entered the students cannot make any changes. In case they want to make any changes, they need to contact admin office, “adminoffice@am.amrita.edu” regarding the same.
